Brett is a passionate, highly experienced consultant chef who can develop concepts from street food to fine dining, form and train efficient teams and educate in much sought-after waste reduction and waste management and use of organic and Fairtrade ingredients.
From kitchen design, menu creation and product costing to GP improvements and sourcing of trendy, reliable and quality suppliers, Brett will assist and deliver the final product to any feasible specification and expectations.
He has worked with some of the best chefs in the World including Mirazur, the San Pellegrino No1 Restaurant and was executive head chef for Gaucho Group for a number of years.
